Aelwynn's expression did not change, "Is that why you mock me so?"

He booped her nose again before sliding his finger along her lips. "Perhaps." A slight smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. "I do not see you fighting back."

Skalanis noticed Eloen, he tried not to smile while looking to the side and walking toward her. "Lathai can be like that, he..." He chuckled and ran a hand through his hair, "he has known me for quite a long time, sometimes it feels like I've known him all my life but that's not true cause I am older." He then in his mind face palmed, thinking to himself that it was stupid to bring up age.

Eloen moved towards him with purpose, stopping just a few inches away. Then she just stopped. Every thought, every feeling was gone, lost to her in their proximity. She felt her ears start to burn once more, and her hands clenched.

Upon noticing Eloen freeze, Skalanis tilted his head slightly. "Are you alright?" He took a step toward her, "do you need to sit down?"

Eloen looked up at him almost with a blank expression, her blush spreading to her face. She squeezed her hands tighter before suddenly grabbing him, lacking the audacity to kiss him and pulling him into a tight hug.

Aelwynn looked confused, her nose wiggling beneath his finger, "So.... You wish me to fight you?"

IC: Lathai shook his head, chuckling. "No, a'maelamin."

"Then.... Why did you ask me to fight you?" She asked, confused.

He shook his head. "You do not tease back."

Skalanis almost startled by the hug was frozen for a second then smiled softly hugging her back.

Ooc: I almost keep forgetting that he was still brought up as an elf so he is still more elf than her so he wouldn't brave out actually kissing xD

"Oh!" She jumped, eyebrows jumping with her, "... Should I tease you back? And, how does one tease?"

He paused, shaking his head and sighing, hanging his head at the words. "Ask the hide of a bear."

Eloen squeezed him, whispering to him. "I don't want to let go."

She tilted her head, "Do you mean Thadin?"

Skalanis gently placed a hand on top of her head, "that is fine, I am here. You need not let go."

Eloen slowly slipped her arms off of him, suddenly interested in the ground, her eyes burning red. She kicked her feet, unsure of what to do, of whether to run or stay.

Skalanis saw the indecisiveness of her but almost felt like he could read her mind. He tilted her head up toward him and smiled, "Do you mind if I try something?"

Eloen nodded. "Of course..."

Skalanis then put his hands on either side of her face and leaned in. Then very gently he kissed her.

Eloen froze once more before slowly closing her eyes, gently kissing him back, her arms slowly wrapping around him.

Ic: Lathai shook his head, "Yes, Aelwynn. Bear-hide is more of an title than a surname. Like titling someone Bear's ass."

She tilted her head, "I do not understand that word."

Skalanis tried to be as gentle as he could, he knew not whether he was roughly kissing her or not because though he would not admit it this was his first time trying anything so human like.

Eloen shimmered for a moment, taking a step back. She was blushing a bright red, and she had one foot in the shadow of a bookcase. "I-I'm sorry... I need to go!" She fell back into the darkness, vanishing.
