Aelwynn smiled, "I would humbly offer my services to you, should you have me. With Oblivion being taken, my duties here have reached their end."

Eloen nodded. "It will be....nice, I think, to be in the company of another such as myself..."

Aelwynn nodded her head with a smile, "I should hope so. Being out in the world again would probably do me a great service, arwen en amin."

Eloen smiles at her. "Please, call me Eloen. I am no lady, sister..."

She smiled, "I work with the church. We refer to everyone as sir and lady. Though, if you insist, I can use the informal, arwenamin."

Eloen nods. "That would be prefered...."

She bowed her head, "Of course, arwenamin. Lead the way. Amin naa lle nai."

Eloen led the way out of the catacombs, shielding her eyes as they returned to the surface. The sun was close to setting and she sighed. "Perhaps we should begin our journey tomorrow and wait out the night here..."

Aelwynn nodded, "The priests and other nim'ohtar used to have bunks set up in here. We can easily sleep there."

Eloen gestures for her to lead the way. "It's been some time, and I do not remember this place as I did those many years ago..."

She nodded, "The temple was my home. I have lived here my whole life." she led her down to the shrine of Albiorix, "The only occasions I left for were guarding priests during missions, and defending our people in battle."

Eloen nods. "Where were you when....it happened?"

"When the Marcher Lords took the throne? Yes, I was. I fought with our people against them. When it was clear that we would not emerge victorious, I tried to lead away our soldiers. To save them. Several made it out of the battle, but none lasted long afterwords." She stared straight ahead, detached.

She nods, solemn. "I did what I could, but...It wasn't enough..."

"Nothing we did was enough." she sighed.

Eloen remains silent, eyes cast downward. She follows her the rest of the time quietly, melancholy.

Aelwynn looked up at the sky, "Sister, have you seen any other of our kind in your travels?"

She shakes her head. "We're scattered, Sister, and we move on the winds...If I have seen another of our kind, it was a fleeting glimpse on the horizon..."

Aelwynn nodded, "Perhaps there are more."

Eloen sighed sadly. "Each day I lose hope...."

"Then each day, seek solace. I trust that the gods will not allow this injustice to our people to go unpunished. And maybe we will be restored." She sat on a bunk. "Here we are."

Eloen takes a seat a few beds away. "I wish I had your fortitude, sister, but...I have seen great evils done to our people..."

"Great evils have been done to every people, and by every people. The offenders will see justice, and we will regain our people, arwenamin."

She nods, settling into the bed. "Thank you, sister."

Aelwynn stood, taking a good thirty minutes to get out of her armor, leaning her sword up next to the bed. She was muscled hard. And her body seemed to be made of hard marble.
