Earning some coins

The man he described was wandering around the house, minding his own business. Night fell, and he went to bed.

Sunete looks up and smiles at the moon, it's time. She climbs down the tree and sprints towards the house, making sure to avoid all windows and be as quiet as possible. Trying to stay unseen she presses her back against a tree, hiding herself in the night. Sunete then took a peek at the house after a while of waiting, looking for an empty window.

No one appeared to be in the house, except the man, who was lying in bed.

Sunete slowly walks towards the house, not making a sound. There was an open window near her, which she climbs into to. Once in the house, she crept up the stairs, following the sound of his snores to find him.

The man suddenly stopped snoring as she reached the top of the stairs.

Damn it... Not wanting to get caught so quickly, Sunete crept over to the nearest room. She then curled up in the corner of the room, knowing it was too dark to see her. I'll just wait here til I know it's safe.

The floorboards creaked as he stood, and went down the stairs.

Sunete slowly rose to her feet, tip toeing behind him. She made sure to watch out for every creaking floorboard he steps on so she could avoid them. Her grip on her knife tighten until she couldn't wait anymore. She grabs the man on his shoulder with her free hand and swigs the knife a his neck.

The man choked and sputtered, then fell to the hound, bleeding out.

Sunete was just standing there, watching him slowly bleed to death. Once he was fully dead she checked his body, wanting to take any gold or weapons he had.

The man was in a dressing gown with no pockets.

"Damn it...." She mumbles, standing back up. "I'll go back to the gnome at dawn."

Sunete slowly walks out the house and to the gnomes little stal. Once she got there Sunete walks up to him and says, "Good morrow, sir." She then leans in and whispers "the deed is done"

A dog barked outside.

"A hound..." She says to herself, trying to use the loudess of their barking to determind how close they are.

The hound sounded to be a quarter of a mile off, and approaching quickly.

Sunete jumps through the window, running as fast as she could in the other direction. Once she made a good distance between them she climbs the closest tree, not making a sound.

There were three men with the dog, and when they arrived, they began searching the house.

Sunete made sure to hide herself well with the leaves, using someof the leaves to disguise her scent by rubbing them on herself.

One of the men left to call the guard. The place would be swarming soon.

Not wanting to be caught, Sunete begins to jump from tree to tree. Her speed was amazing,thanks to her lack of armor and great running skills.

No one spotted her, and soon she was back to the city gates.

"Thank the gods." She sighs, walking towards the gnome's stall.

It was late at night, but the gnome was curled up next to his stall, sleeping like a beggar

"Wake up sir." She hisses, shaking the gnome lightly. "The deed is done."

He awoke with a start, "Huh, wha...? Oh, it's you." He relaxed, "And you mean it? He's gone?!"
