Rules: Board Rules and Guidelines

1. Do not god-mode or powerplay.
2. You may not, under any circumstances, direct the movement, etc. of another user's character. You may reference them, or say that you grabbed them in a fight. However, you are not permitted to completely run through a battle as if you own both characters.
3. Major plot arcs require the approval of an admin, most specifically Beyril herself. This is one reason why an administrator must be present on boards for new user.
4. Be curteous to each other, do not insult each other, and save regular conversations for designated boards. If you are having a continuous 'ooc' throughout the page, you should probably move to private messaging, the chatbox, or the chat board.
5. On that note, conversations not directly part of the roleplay are to be written as 'OOC:' (Out of Character) and then the unrelated text. To return to the roleplay, type 'IC:' (In Character).
6.  Do not play both sides of a fight unless it is between two of your own characters, NPCs not included. If there is an NPC involved, an admin most play it or grant approval.
7. Proper grammar and language are required at all times. Please grammar and spell check your work; remember that you can edit your posts at any time. Cussing is not permitted, especially on boards without ratings, and any curses spoken by the character must be appropriate for its culture.
8. If you double post or post something that is no longer needed (such as ooc conversations without any ic relevence), please delete the unneeded post(s).
9. Report any rule breaking to the admins. Who you report to will depend on who is online. If no one is available, report to whichever has dealt the most with your particular roleplay.
