History: A gnome from a family of alchemists. Due to the expertise of his father and mother, all of the techniques and standard recipes he learned were from them. In his earlier days, he frequented many of the obscure books the family held in their library and acquired knowledge of the more advanced type. Many of these texts included languages most do not speak in the modern world, thus adding not only recipes, but now familiar phrases and words uncommon to the common speaker. As he advanced in age, so did his want for travel. Leaving as a practicing alchemist, he hit the road as soon as he turned 35, making a life out of being a wanderer, living off the land.
